Traditional Craftsmen Homes

Architects, historians and just design junkies are all seemingly taken with the smooth lines, traditional features and integration of "Arts and Crafts" old-world looks with the functionality (simple better-functioning) of Oasis Craftsman homes.

Both 1 and 2-story homes are available, and each model exudes certain elegant features of old and new. From the use of lap siding all around, broad window trim and offsetting media like board-and-bat and shake, Oasis exteriors sort of "invite you in."

And once inside, you'll revel in "interior spaces and rooms that simply make good sense." Kitchens with up to 4x8' granite center islands, where households can prep, cook, serve and eat. And most plans offer an enormous separate, walk-in pantry away from the kitchen that dissuade under-foot munchins seeking treats from interfering with kitchen cooking. A separate "food prep" area is built into every Oasis for a second cook (or interloping spouse seeking microwave popcorn). As you explore this site and hopefully visit a construction homesite and Oasis neighborhood, you'll only find so much more to admire and enjoy at the Oasis.

Mediterranean Homes

Siena is both a romantic place to be and an adventurous way of life. It's that unique, carefree lifestyle that Oasis Custom Homes sought to emulate when it created this family of "Light Mediterranean" style homes. Called Siena Courtyard Homes. In short, it's what you expect in world class travel accommodations.

Outside, stucco for a lifetime of low maintenance, and limited use of rock for accents. Lovely broad archways and window treatments offer a desired look without being fussy. Creature comforts abound. A spacious, walk-in pantry lights as you enter. A quartz center island and prep counters are gleaming and gorgeous. The stainless Ultra chimney hood looks chic and highlights wall tile. Each Siena features a cabana for those coming in from the Mediterranean (ok, from the hot tub or your pool) so bathers don't drip through your home. The gorgeous 4 x 8' glass shower in the master even comes with built-in heat lamp you'll relish for those cold days.

Truly, these are extraordinary homes. We'd love to demonstrate the for you but everything we build quickly sells and buyers can't wait to take delivery. Hopefully when you stop by, we'll have one far enough along that you don't have to use your imagination!

We LOVE our new home. We build the Callas floor plan and could not be happier with it. We were able to make a couple interior changes to suit our family's needs which we were happy about. Our neighborhood is also unlike any other I’ve seen… everyone is so nice and we all plan to get together a couple times a year! It makes us feel really safe to know all of our neighbors!

The people of Oasis are great! We really enjoyed all who we worked with...we got a lot for our money and the house is very well built! And truly, a nieghborhood that is an amazing place for our children to grow up in and for us to make friends.

Tiffany Richland, WA

I love our floor plan. Perfect size and use of practical space for a family of four!

We just bought a home in the Oasis Village from Steve. He really is the real deal – a Community Manager who cares and who can be trusted. Steve went out of his way to help us get our new home, offered to help us with moving, and assisted us in getting adjusted to life in Connell and the Tri Cities area. Even after moving in, he is always there to answer any questions and assist us. I have absolutely no problem recommending his valuable services to all my friends and co-workers.

Ron T. Connell, WA

We are very happy with our house. Two of the houses that sold on Road 5.7 are friends of mine and brag about their homes. I have told a bunch of my clients about your homes. I feel they are well built and a great value for the amount of home and land.

Why Build New?

There are plenty of reasons to buy a new home over a used home.

The movie "The Money Pit" satirizes the process of getting a "good deal" on an older home. It serves to remind the wary home buyer of the pitfalls of buying a used home and the thinking that somehow construction deficiencies can be overcome with "a little elbow grease.

Mature landscaping can be inviting, but keep in mind that it can also obscure problems. Older homes were generally not built to today's energy standards. Equipment and materials may no longer be considered adequate by today's home builders or the city. Consider these facts before bying an older home that needs to have all the windows replaced. Those upgrades and maintenance can be costly and require contracted help.

  • Builder Warranty
  • Equipment Warranties
  • Better Building Standards
  • Lower Energy Bills
  • Potential Appreciation
  • Less Maintenance
  • Newer Neighborhoods
  • Customized Home
